I've also included our most recent Christmas cards, photographed and designed by my husband, Rick Wilson. (He did have some help posing the dogs, who aren't half as cooperative as they look.) Making our own cards has been our Christmas project since we've lived in this house; some early ones were hand-drawn or hand-stenciled (I fuzzily remember a combination one year of dental work, painkillers, and hand-stenciling a hundred gold pears) but Rick's photos are a definite improvement! But then of course there's the yearly challenge of coming up with something new . . .
